Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons finely grated, fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-natural ketchup
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 8 Ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a medium sized saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until reduced by half.
  • Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
