Homemade Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

• 1½ cups half-and-half or cream
• 1½ cups milk
• ½ cup sugar
• 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

• Place cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
• Place half-and-half and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, and heat until steaming but not boiling.
• When the milk mixture is steaming, stir in sugar. Stir until combined.
• Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla.
• Pour hot mixture into bowl with cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
• Transfer to a container with lid. Store in refrigerator, and shake before use.
