  • 1 cup Ginger ale

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1/2 cup Rum
  • 1 bottle White wine, dry

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of dry white wine
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 cup ginger ale
• ½ cup rum
• 2 apples, diced
• 4 pears, peeled and sliced
• jicama, peeled and cut into wedges
• cinnamon sticks
• raw sugar for rimming stemware

Directions

• In a large pitcher, combine the wine, rum, ginger ale, and sugar.
• Add the fruits.
• Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
• Rim the stemware with raw sugar, fill each cup, garnish with cinnamon stick.
