  • 1 green tea bag

  • ½ med banana - frozen
  • ¾ C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • ¼ C fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 T frozen orange juice concentrate
  • ¼ t vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
  • 1 C frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • ¾ C chilled unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ C frozen pitted unsweetened cherries or raspberries
  • 1½ T sugar free honey sub
  • 2 t finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 t ground flaxseed
  • 2 t fresh lemon juice
  • 2 scoops protein powder of your choice
  • 1 C plain greek yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 C pineapple chunks
  • Stevia to taste
  • 2 scoops protein powder of your choice
  • 1¼ C cold apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1½ t sugar free honey sub
  • 2 scoops protein powder of your choice

Directions

  • Mix all of the above ingredients in a high powdered blender. Blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
