I got this recipe from my beautiful friend, Jennifer. If you are watching your carb intake or on a high protein diet, this cookie is the best to keep your sweet tooth satisfied without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 c peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 1/3 c splenda
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  • 1Mix all ingredients. 2Drop in walnut-size balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. 3Bake at 350 degrees x 11 min. 4Allow cookies to sit for about 5 min. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!!!
