    • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
    • 8 tbsp Tomato past, no salt added

    • 15 oz Tomato sauce, no salt added canned
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 serving Mccormick red pepper flakes
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar

    • 1 1/2 cups Water

  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 15 oz no salt added tomato sauce (canned)
  • 8 tablespoons of no salt added tomato past (Hunts)
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tsps garlic
  • 1½ tsps ground oregano
  • 2 tbsps leaves basil (dried)
  • 1 serving mccormick crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1½ cups of water

Directions

  • Spray a pan with cooking spray. Cook the onions until their translucent and add the sauce and tomato paste, and then water. Stir in all the spices, and let the sauce simmer on low for 30 minutes. Adding in ground beef is optional.
