• Gourmet cotton candy
• 2 oz Light rum
• Juice of 1 lime
• Champagne
• Lime wheel

Directions

• Place a big fluff of cotton candy in the cocktail glass.Add rum and lime juice to a shaker and fill with ice.Shake, then strain into the glass, dissolving the cotton candy.Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lime wheel.
