Mandy’s Triple Chocolate Kahlua Cake

  • 4 Eggs, large

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup

  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate, Good
  • 1/3 cup Sugar

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Oil

• Drinks

  • 3/4 cups Coffee, strong

• Dairy

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

• Desserts

  • 1 box Chocolate pudding, Instant

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3/4 cup Kahlua

• Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

Ingredients

• 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
• 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding
• 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips
• 4 Large Eggs
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Kahlua
• 3/4 cups Strong Coffee (brewed)
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1/3 cup Kahlua
• 2 tablespoons Butter
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Good Dark Chocolate (chopped)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• Grease sides and bottom of a Bundt pan with shortening or oil spray and flour lightly (you can use cocoa powder).
• In a large bowl, mix ingredients together until well combined.
• Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
• Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool cake in pan on wire rack.
• In a small saucepan, melt butter, sugar and Kahlua. Stir well.
• Add coffee.
• While cake is still warm and in the pan, poke holes with a fork.
• Pour topping over cake.
• Cool completely then turn out onto a platter or cake plate.
• In a double boiler, melt together the heavy cream and chocolate.
• Stir until fully melted and glossy.
• Pour over top of cake.
