Maple Bacon Cupcakes

  • 8 strips Candied bacon

• Refrigerated

  • 4 Eggs

• Condiments

  • 1/4 cup Mayo

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 box Cake mix, yellow
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Maple extract

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/3 cup Oil

• Desserts

  • 1/3 cup Vanilla pudding, dry

  • 1 cup Water

Description

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/4 C flour
• 1/3 C dry vanilla pudding
• 1 C water
• 1/3 C oil
• 1/4 C mayo
• 1 tsp maple extract
• 4 eggs
• 8 strips of Candied Bacon diced

Directions

• Mix the cake mix, flour and pudding and mix
• Add the water. oil, mayo and extract and beat
• Add the eggs and beat until smooth, about 2 mins on medium
• Add the dice bacon and mix until just combined
• Scoop into 24 paper lined muffin tins
• Bake at 350 for 15 mins, or until cooked through
