Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie

  • 1/2 cup Karo syrup, light
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup

• Baking & Spices

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 1/2 cup Pecans

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Unbaked pie crust

• Dairy

  • 1 tbsp Butter

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 tbsp Bourbon

Ingredients

• one unbaked pie crust
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 T. melted butter
• 1½ c. chopped pecans
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• ½ cup light Karo syrup
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• 3 Tbs. bourbon

Directions

• Bake empty pie crust at 325 for 10 minutes
• Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust.
• Bake at 325 for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
