Marshmallow Christmas Cupcakes

• Refrigerated

  • 3 Eggs

• Baking & Spices

  • 2 Countainters of marshmallow whipped frosting

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/3 cup Oil

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 Boxed chocolate cake
  • 1 set Cupcake toppers

  • 1 Cupcake:

• Desserts

  • 1 Bag Gingerbread man marshmallows

• Liquids

  • 1 cup Water

• Other

  • 1 Piping bag

Directions

• Make the boxed cake as directed, and then scoop the cake into cupcake pans with liners.
• After you fill the piping bag make a clean cut in the bag and then top the cupcakes. You do NOT need a tip for this but if you would like to use a piping tip you are welcome to use them at this point.
• Bake as directed on box. When they are finished, pull them out and let them cool completely.
• In a piping bag fill it up with the whipped Marshmallow frosting. Depending on how generous you plan to top these cupcakes, you will need more than 1 container of frosting for your 20-24 cupcakes.
• Top with cupcake toppers, sprinkles and gingerbread marshmallow man.
