- 1 cup Italian cheese blend

- 1/3 cup Water

Directions

First heat the oven to 400° F. Then mix beef, soup mix, cheese, parsley (if using), eggs, and saltines in a large bowl. Add the water and mix until ready.
Next, transfer the entire meat mixture to a baking dish. Form the mix into a 9-inch loaf. Bake it until cooked through. This should take about 40 minutes.
Take the meat loaf out of the oven after 25 minutes and pour the ketchup over the top. Return to oven for about 15 minutes more. Then serve and enjoy…delicious!
