Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp mint extract
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 2-3 drops green food coloring

Directions

• Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl, until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mint extract and food colouring - mix well. Stir in chocolate chips Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
