Mom's Sunday Sauce in 35 minutes

  • 1 lb Meatballs

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 cup Red wine

Ingredients

• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 pound meatballs
• 1 pound link sausage
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 Cans crushed tomatoes
• 1 can whole peeled tomatoes
• 3 bay leaves
• 2 tsp oregano
• 1 pinch thyme
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 1 tsp Rosemary

Directions

• Directions: Place olive oil, sliced garlic and sausage in the instant pot on saute till brown. Remove and saute meatballs do not rinse pan just until slightly brown. Put sausage links back in the pan. Pour crushed tomatoes and whole tomatoes into the pot along with wine and all spices. Place Instant Pot on Manual High pressure for 30 minutes. Do a quick release. Serve with your favorite pasta.
