Ingredients

• 6 4oz Mason jars
• 1 package of cream cheese
• ½ cup of powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 oz of strawberries, sliced
• ¼ cup of granulated white sugar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 6 graham crackers

Directions

• In a mixer, place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
• In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, ¼ cup of sugar, and lemon juice.
• In food processor, grind graham crackers until they are crumbles.
• Cover the bottom of the Mason jar with graham cracker crumbles. Next, add a layer of cheesecake until the jar is half full, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until your jar is full.
