    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
    • 1/3 Coconut
    • 1/3 cup Flaxseed, ground
  • Desserts

    • 1/3 cup Toffee bits
  • Other

    • (optional 1 tablespoon wheat germ

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup ground flax seed
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut (or coconut flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • (optional) 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (or ¼ mini)
  • ⅓ cup toffee bits

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes then roll into balls. Keep energy bites stored in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
