• 350 grams / 3 cups – Cake flour
• 3 tsp Baking Powder
• ½ tsp. Salt
• 325 grams / 2 ½ cup – fine granulated Sugar
• 280 grams / 1¼ cup – unsalted Butter
• 6 large eggs
• ½ cup Milk
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• ½ cup Milk (additional)
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 tsp. Orange extract
• ½ cup Orange Juice
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 tsp Lemon Zest

Directions

• Method
• Swift Flour, Baking Powder, Salt.
• Cream Butter & Sugar until light and fluffy.
• Add Eggs one at a time.
• followed by Extract
• Next add Flour and Liquids in 3 batches.
• Pour in greased baking pans
• Bake in preheated oven at 160C / 320F for 25 to 30 minutes or until skewer inserted comes clean.
