Orange-Cranberry Cake

  • 1 tbsp Orange, Fresh Zest

  • 3 cup All purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Sugar

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 cup Oil

• Drinks

  • 1/2 cup Orange juice made from tropicana premium, fresh Oranges Fresh

  • 1 t soda

Ingredients

• 1 c oil
• ½ c fresh orange juice made from Tropicana Premium Fresh Oranges
• 2 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 3 c all-purpose gluten-free flour
• 1 t soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 T cinnamon
• 12 oz fresh cranberries
• 1 T fresh orange zest

Directions

• Mix oil, orange juice and eggs together. Then fold in sugar into mixture. Stir gently until mixed and let stand for 5 minutes.
• Mix in the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
• Once mixture is blended well, add in your fresh cranberries and orange zest.
• Pour into a lightly oiled bundt pan and bake for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 370 degrees F.
• After 20 minutes has passed, turn over down to 350 degrees F and bake for 40-45 more minutes.
• Let cool completely in the bundt pan and serve!
