  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract

  • 1 Pepperidge farm milano candy cane cookies

  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 1 8oz package Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup softened butter
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup crushed Pepperidge Farm® Classic Cookie Collection Cookies (1 of each cookie in the package)
• One 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tbs milk
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
• Pepperidge Farm® Milano® Candy Cane Cookies, chopped (for topping)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Prepare 9x9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
• Beat softened butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer
• Add flour and crushed Pepperidge Farm Cookies, beat until you have a coarse crumb mixture
• Press mixture into prepared 9x9 baking pan and bake for 11 minutes
• Cream sugar and cream cheese in a bowl
• Add egg, milk and peppermint extract; beat until incorporated
• Pour over hot crust and return to oven
• Bake 25 minutes
• Remove from oven, cool completely and then refrigerate until chilled
• Once chilled, cut and top with coarsely chopped Pepperidge Farm® Milano® Candy Cane Cookies
