Pesto Chicken Homemade Pizza

  • 3/4 cup Basil pesto

  • 1 Pizza dough

Ingredients

• pizza dough, enough for 2 crusts, approximately 10-inches each
• ¾ cup basil pesto
• 2 cups roasted chicken, shredded/cut up
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

• Preheat grill or oven to 600-degrees F.
• Prepare pizza crusts.
• Divide pesto between crusts and spread evenly. Repeat with chicken and cheese.
• Place pizzas on a pizza stone or directly on grate and bake for 600-degrees F for about 8 minutes or until done.
