Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Tomatoes (seeds removed)
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro
  • ¼ Cup White Onion
  • ½ Jalapeno
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (1 Fresh Squeezed Lime)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Half Zest of a Lime
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt (or fresh cracked salt)
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Onion

Directions

  • To remove seeds from the tomatoes, lay tomato on a cutting board so the stem faces the side. Cut the tomato in half. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds and liquid.
  • Chop tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, and green onion into small pieces.
  • Combine ingredients with lime juice, garlic powder, lime zest, and salt.
  • Store in an airtight container for at least 1 hour before serving.
