Pina Colada - A Classic Cocktail

  • 1 cup Pineapple

• Canned Goods

  • 8 oz Coconut milk

• Condiments

  • 3 oz Demerara simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice, fresh

  • 8 oz Dole canned 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Orange juice, fresh

• Dairy

  • 4 oz Heavy cream

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 8 oz Rum, dark

Ingredients

• 8 oz Dark rum
• 8 oz DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Fresh orange juice
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
• 1 cup Cubed pineapple
• 8 oz Coconut milk
• 4 oz Heavy Cream
• 3 oz Demerara simple syrup

Directions

• Pour all ingredients into a blender jar and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
• Chill 4 glasses, remove from fridge and fill with crushed ice. Stir cocktail and pour into the glasses.
• Garnish with the cherry, pineapple wedge and lime wedge.
