  • 1 Tiny bit Pink gel icing colour

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• ½ cup salted butter
• 4 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• pinch of salt
• Tiny bit of pink gel icing colour for colour. (the amount that fits on a knife tip) Add more if desired

Directions

• In a stand mixer add the butter and half the icing sugar and mix until combined.
• Add in vanilla, lemon juice and remaining icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
• Add pinch of salt and whip until light and fluffy.
• Place inside a piping bag with a large star icing tip.
• Top with a few heart sprinkles.
