Ingredients

  • 1 cup good quality orange juice
  • 1/4 cup whole grain oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. ( you may need to stop, stir, and run again to get everything blended. Add a little extra water or orange juice if its too thick. Serve immediately.
