    • 1 dash Cinnamon
    • 2 cups Oat flour
    • 1 pinch Salt
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

    • 1 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine oat flour with protein powder, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix eggs with yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until incorporated (do not overmix).
  • Cook waffles in a greased waffle maker according to manufacturers instructions.
  • Serve with agave syrup, maple syrup, date syrup or honey.
  • Serves: 7 -8 waffles
