  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 3 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoon allspice

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until well combined. If necessary, add more milk to get a smoothie desired consistency.
  • Put all ingredients in a jar and mix well. Close the lid. Keep closed until needed.
