Pumpkin Spice Roasted Pecans

Descrition:

I am not exaggerating when I say that these roasted pumpkin spice pecans are one of my favorite things to snack on EVERRR! You know that smell when you're at a big venue or theme park...that smell of cinnamon so sweet that you HAVE to find where it's coming from?! Not long ago, I was at a concert and I smelled it as soon as I walked in. The smell so familiar to me that I immediately told my husband Go find our seats. I'm finding those roasted nuts! I asked an employee and he said Oh I don't think we have those here tonight. I politely thanked him and went about my way to sniff them out! And lo and behold, I found them. How you ask? They smell THAT good!! I followed the smell down an escalator and across an entire arena and there they were in all their glory...spinning around in that roaster thingy cart wafting their sweet cinnamon smell through the air! So of course I bought a tiny bag for I think a whopping $6 and they were gone in about 6 minutes. : I thought to myself, these little nuts can't be difficult to make! And guess what...they AREN'T! So here's the recipe. You no longer have to pay for a teeny weeny bag and wait until you can sniff them out somewhere! And a bonus to making these is your house will smell AMAZING!!! Here's what you'll need: 1 pound of pecan halves 1 egg white 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 2 teaspoons of water 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of salt Here's a video one how to make them too!!
