Raw Beet Root Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Figs

    • 6 tbsp Beet, Juice Root
  • Condiments

    • 12 tbsp Agave
  • Other

    • 8 Teaspoons of Raw Coco
    • 250g Coconutflour

  • 5 Tablespoons of Agave Syrup
  • 1 Avocado
  • 8 Teaspoons of Raw Coco
  • 6 Tablespoons of Agave Syrup
  • 3 Turkey Purpule Figs
  • 3 Teaspoons of Agave

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients for the Cake in a blender and blend until well combined. Then fill the bater in a small muffin form and let it set in the refrigerator to get firm. For the Chocolate Mousse combine all ingredients and mix in the blender until the avocado is completly brown. Finally top the Beet Root Cakes with the Chocolate Mousse and glazed Figs and enjoy.
