  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (any milk works)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 pitted dates

Directions

  • Place oats, almond milk, chia seeds and dates in food processor or blender and blend until completely combined (it should look like pudding)
  • Pour into bowl of your choice & top with your favorite toppings
  • You can also pour into tupperware & save for later or in a few days (will stay good for 5-7 days in fridge)
