Rosemary's Pear

  • 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup

  • 1 3/4 oz Bionature organic pear nectar
  • 2 1/4 oz Fever tree ginger beer

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Dot gin, Black

Ingredients

• 1.75 oz Bionature organic pear nectar
• 2 oz Black Dot gin
• 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
• 2.25 oz Fever Tree ginger beer

Directions

• Combine pear nectar, gin and rosemary simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an iced filled glass.
• Top with ginger beer. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
