Sausage and Cheese Appetizer Bites

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C Bisquick Baking Mix
• 1/2 lb raw breakfast sausage, hot or regular.
• 1 C sharp cheddar, grated
• 1/4 C orange marmalade
• 1/4 C chili sauce

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine raw sausage and Bisquick and cheese, using hands or a stand mixer to combine. The mixture will be very stiff. Scoop into 2 balls and roll. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine the orange marmalade and chili sauce in a small bowl and microwave until warm. Serve with the hot sausage and cheese bites.
