Simple Chocolate Fudge

  • 2/3 cup Evaporated milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredients

• ⅔ cup Evaporated Milk
• 1⅔ cups Sugar
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1½ cups Mini Marshmallows
• 1½ cups Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• ½ cup Nuts, chopped (I used pecans.)

Directions

• Begin by measuring out the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Set aside.
• Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan over low to medium heat. Heat to boiling. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
• Stir until marshmallows are melted, about 1-2 minutes.
• If desired, add chopped nuts and stir until mixed.
• Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil.
• Allow to cool completely. You can speed up the cooling process by placing the pan into the refrigerator.
• Cut into 1 to 2 inch squares to serve.
