Ingredients

  • 1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (or veganaise or tahini butter to make vegan)
  • 1/4 cup sirracha sauce
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Process all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and well mixed. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with smoked paprika and more sirracha! Great with veggies, chips or by the spoonful!
