Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1-2 cups of cheese, shredded
  • tortilla chips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place tortilla chips on the bottom of the skillet.
  • Scramble your eggs in a second pan and then sprinkle them on top of the chips.
  • Fry the bacon and add it to the eggs.
  • Cover with the cheese.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy!
