Skinny Caramel-Nilla Blended Iced Coffee Treat

  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tbsp Caramel sauce, Sugar Free

  • 2 tbsp French vanilla

  • 2 cup Coffee

• Frozen

  • 3 cup Ice cubes

  • 1 Individual packet of artificial sweetener

Ingredients

• 2 C Coffee
• 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 1 T Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
• 2 T French Vanilla flavored non-dairy creamer
• 1 individual packet of artificial sweetener
• 3 C Ice Cubes

Directions

• Put ice, coffee, unsweetened almond milk, individual artificial sweetener packet, french vanilla creamer and sugar free caramel in blender. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds. Pour into a frosty glass {my preference - but any glass or cup will do} and enjoy! *optional: drizzle with more caramel sauce. Just remember - every tablespoon adds 45 calories!
