Slow Cooker Sriracha Honey Kielbasa

  • 2 lb Kielbasa

• Condiments

  • 1 1/2 cups Apricot jelly
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 oz Whisky

Description

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. kielbasa
• 1½ cups apricot jelly
• 1 oz. whisky (I used Crown Royal)
• 1 tablespoon sriracha
• ½ cup honey

Directions

• Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and place them in your slow cooker.
• Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and then pour over the kielbasa.
• Set your slow cooker to high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-6.
