IMPORTANT NOTE: Please check the serving size of YOUR protein powder and adjust accordingly. My container says to use 1 rounded scoop and that is about ⅓ cup but all brands will vary.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups protein powder
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup ground flaxseeds
  • 3 cups protein powder
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseeds

Directions

  • Put all three ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop into an airtight container.
  • Store in the fridge.
  • Add a scoop to your smoothie before blending.
  • Serves: 12-24
