Ingredients

• 8 ROLO® Chewy Caramels in Milk Chocolate
• 32 mini (about 1 inch), pretzel twists
• 1 cup, HERSHEYS Kitchens Premier White Chips
• 2 teaspoons, shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)
• White and silver sprinkles (optional)
• 8 Lollipop sticks

Directions

• Directions 1. Heat oven to 250°F. Line baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper. Remove wrappers from caramel candies. 2. For each pretzel pop, place 4 pretzels on prepared sheet so that edges are touching and they form a circular pattern. Place caramel candy in center of pretzels. 3. Bake 5 minutes or until chocolate is soft. Remove from oven; place baking sheet on wire rack. Holding pretzels in place, gently press down on soft candy piece until it starts to spread into pretzels. Cool completely on baking sheet on wire rack. 4. Place white chips and shortening in 2-cup glass measuring cup with handle. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Using fork, dip each pretzel pop into melted chip mixture; gently tap fork on side of cup to remove excess chocolate. 5. Return coated pretzel pop to baking sheet. Immediately press lollipop stick onto the middle of pretzel pop. Cover portion of stick that is on pop with melted chip mixture. Add sprinkles, if desired. Allow coated pop to set up before serving.
