Ingredients

• 1 Super Moist Strawberry Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
• 1 (3.4oz) box Strawberry or Vanilla instant pudding
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Cups powdered sugar
• dash of salt

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix powder, instant pudding mix powder, eggs and vegetable oil. Mix together until it forms into a dough. Cover and place in fridge until ready to use.
• Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix together until thick and creamy. Spoon out 1 teaspoon at a time and form into as much of a ball shape as possible onto a parchment paper or foil covered cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 2 hours to set.
• Scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into a ball and then flatten into a circle. Place frozen ball of cream cheese filling in middle of flattened dough and then wrap dough around filling forming cookie back into a ball. Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake 8-12 minutes. When you take them out you may want to slightly flatten cookies.
