Superfood Chocolate Quinoa Bark

  • 1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup

• Pasta & Grains

  • 1 cup Quinoa, dried

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 good pinch Sea salt, flaky
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 oz Vegan or dark chocolate

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Almonds, raw
  • 1/2 cup Cashews, raw
  • 1/2 cup I used hemp seeds, mixed raw seeds

• Drinks

  • 2 tsp Instant coffee

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 Cacao nibs + dried roses
