  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice (3-4 tangerines)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sub honey, blackstrap molasses, chopped dates, coconut sugar, or stevia)
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder (or sub ½ tsp vanilla extract)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • To serve: tangerine, berries, nuts seeds, dried fruit

Directions

  • Prepare two medium-sized bowls.
  • In the first one, mix all the ingredients for the tangerine pudding and in the other all the ingredients for the chocolate pudding.
  • Leave them to soak for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Stir once or twice in the beginning (after a few minutes) to avoid clumps.
  • Serve in a jar or a bowl topped with more tangerine, berries, or any other toppings of choice.
