  • 1 Sweet potato, large

  • 1 14oz can Coconut milk, full-fat
  • 3 1/2 cups Vegetable stock, hot

• Condiments

  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or other chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Thai paste, red

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

• Dairy

  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
