  • 1/2 cup Whole milk yogurt

• Frozen

Ingredients

• 2-4 cups of greens (I love spinach or kale)
• 1½ cups milk (or almond/hemp/etc milk)
• 1 banana
• 1 cup papaya
• 1 cup pineapple
• ½ cup whole milk yogurt (We love Nancys yogurt!)
• 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
• 2 teaspoons chia seeds
• ice (optional)

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds. Drink immediately.
