Turkey Bacon Brie Braid

• Meat

  • 1 package Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Turkey, cooked

• Produce

  • 1 Onion

• Refrigerated

  • 1 Egg white

• Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Honey dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, coarsely ground

  • 4 oz Brie cheese

  • 2 pkg Immaculate baking refrigerated organic crescent rolls

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Immaculate Baking refrigerated Organic Crescent Rolls
• 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped {I like to use my food processor}
• 1 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 T honey Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
• 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
• 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
• 1 egg white

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
• On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, spread both cans of crescents lengthwise to form a long rectangle.
• Press each of the seams to form a single layer of dough.
• In a large bowl, combine turkey, bacon, brie, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and onion.
• Spread mixture over the center of the croissant dough evenly to create a log.
• Using a sharp knife, cut horizontal strips 1 inch apart down each side of the crescent dough.
• Fold the dough strips over the top of the turkey mixture, alternating left and right to create a braid.
• Brush the top of the braid with a beaten egg yolk.
• Bake for 28 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
