Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 organic celery stalks, diced thinly
  • 1 organic carrot, diced thinly
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen organic peas
  • 1 minced organic garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. minced organic fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp. organic turmeric powder
  • Pinch of organic cayenne pepper
  • Himalayan fine pink salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Handful of organic baby spinach leaves

Directions

  • 1. Bring water to boil and add all the ingredients except lemon juice and spinach
  • 2. Bring to boil, reduce to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes
  • 3. Pour into a serving bowl over spinach and lemon juice
  • 4. Enjoy!
