Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Xylitol
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk or Oat Milk (or any form of milk)
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the milk,xylitol and vanilla.
  • Mix in the Chia Seeds (make sure that they are properly mixed in).
  • Pour the mixture into glasses, adding a few blueberries half way.
  • Place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with more blueberries.
  • Enjoy.
