Vivian Howard has outdone herself. This is one of the best recipes weve tried in a long time. Not only is it super easy to make, it is absolutely delicious - the quintessential taste of summer. The Fins and Shells rub is essential to the recipe and is well worth the $10.95 price tag. It lends a delightful flavor punch to the various components, one that had us licking our fingertips after each bite. The dish is a bit messy,so its advisable to have a lobster bib and paper towels handy. We served ours with Spaten lager, smoked beef sausage, and garlic- cheddar biscuits. It pairs well with dry white wine, lager, and wheat beer. This recipe is a great candidate for a causal dinner party with friends.
