    • 1/4 lb Snow peas

    • 2 tsp Coleman's english dry mustard
    • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 3 tbsp Peanut oil
    • 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • One rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bones and shredded
  • A small head of Napa cabbage, about one pound, cut into ¼ inch julienne strips
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, cut into ¼ inch julienne strips, or mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables of choice, carrots, snow peas, cucumbers, cut into ¼ inch julienne strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Colemans English Dry Mustard, in the spice section

Directions

  • Combine the chicken, cabbage, romaine and carrots in a large salad bowl and toss with enough vinaigrette to coat the salad nicely.
  • Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
  • Whisk the dry mustard, vinegar soy sauce, sesame oil, and peanut oil in a medium bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
  • Combine the chicken, cabbage, romaine and carrots in a large salad bowl and toss with enough vinaigrette to coat the salad nicely.
