  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons (or six tablespoons) lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne (or less if you dont want any kick)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor
  • Blend until completely smooth and even
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies!
