    • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • Condiments

    • 1/3 cup Maple syrup, pure
    • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 1 1/2 cups Oats
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1/4 cup Cocoa
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1/4 cup Walnuts

  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 + ½ cups oats
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Combine maple syrup, almond milk, and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add the peanut butter and stir until dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, oats, and walnuts. Stir well, then roll into cookies.
  • Store these in a Tupperware container in the fridge.
